PKF Impact
Leading through positive change
Our approach is rooted in genuine care and understanding.
We believe that businesses have a responsibility to create a positive impact beyond their commercial success. Through PKF Impact, we channel our collective energy, resources and expertise towards initiatives that make a real difference in people's lives.
Areas of focus
Mental health and wellbeing
Supporting mental health initiatives and creating awareness around workplace wellbeing, recognising that mental health impacts everyone in our community.
Education and youth development
Providing mentorship, scholarships and educational support to help young people reach their potential and build successful careers.
Environmental sustainability
Implementing sustainable practices within our operations and supporting environmental initiatives that protect our communities for future generations.
Social equity and inclusion
Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion both within our firm and in the broader community, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Local community support
Partnering with local organisations and charities to address specific needs in the communities where we live and work.
Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where all individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. We continually review our practices to remove barriers and foster inclusion across our network. Beyond our teams, we partner with community organisations that share our values to help drive meaningful social change. For us, inclusion is not an initiative; it is a long-term commitment.
Reflect RAP
Amongst our commitments to supporting our communities is our dedication to awareness and ongoing implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan. We work within our own business and with other businesses to increase awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, knowledge and leadership across all sectors, and to improve our own understanding so we can have a meaningful impact along Australia’s reconciliation journey.
