Through initiatives such as PKF Impact and our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we're creating opportunities to give back, build meaningful connections and contribute to lasting positive change.
Creating positive change
Community impact is not a single initiative at PKF. It is reflected in the way we support one another, the organisations we work alongside and the communities we serve. Through the collective efforts of our people across Australia, we remain committed to creating meaningful, long-term impact that extends beyond business.

How we make an impact
Community partnerships
We support charities, not-for-profit organisations and community groups through fundraising, donations, volunteering and long-term partnerships that create meaningful outcomes in the communities where we live and work. Our people are encouraged to support causes that matter to them and contribute to initiatives that make a lasting difference.
Sharing our expertise
We believe professional expertise can be just as valuable as financial support. Across our network, our people provide pro bono and low bono services to help organisations access specialist advice, strengthen governance and achieve their goals. By sharing our skills and knowledge, we aim to create value that extends beyond business.
Inclusion and belonging
Creating an environment where people feel respected, supported and empowered is fundamental to who we are. We are committed to fostering a culture where diverse perspectives are valued, barriers are reduced and everyone has the opportunity to thrive, contribute and belong.
Reconciliation in action (RAP)
We recognise the importance of reconciliation and the role businesses can play in helping build stronger relationships and understanding. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we are taking meaningful steps to learn, listen and contribute to a more inclusive future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
PKF Impact
PKF Impact brings together people from across our national network to help drive positive social change within PKF and the broader community. By connecting local initiatives with a shared national vision, PKF Impact supports community engagement, social impact initiatives and opportunities for our people to make a meaningful difference in the causes and communities they care about.
