On 5 August 2025, Messrs Glenn J. Franklin and Paul A. Allen were appointed Administrators of Southern Cross Farms Australia Pty. Ltd. ATF Southern Cross Farms Australia Unit Trust and Southern Cross Farms South Australia Pty. Ltd. ATF Southern Cross Farms SA Unit Trust.
On 28 August 2025 orders were made by the Federal Court of Australia (“the Court”) surrounding the appointment of receivers over the Southern Cross Farms SA Unit Trust and for the extension of the Convening Period of the administrations.
