PKF Perth advises Amanda Energy on sale to Perdaman Energy

PKF Perth recently acted as lead financial and tax adviser to the shareholders of Amanda Energy, on the sale of the company to Perdaman Energy.

Established in 2010, Amanda Energy has grown to become the largest 
independent commercial energy provider in Perth and WA and holds a portfolio of commercial electrical and gas operations, energy procurement arrangements, and analytics.

The PKF Perth team provided Amanda Energy with comprehensive financial advisory and tax services, including: 

• Exclusive financial advisory support on sale of the company;
• Transaction readiness and investor outreach;
• Advisory on transaction structuring and related documentation including the Memorandum of Understanding and the Share Purchase Agreement;
• Coordination of commercial, legal, financial and tax due diligence processes;
• Assistance with Net Working Capital calculations, Locked Box Accounts, and the development of the purchase price adjustment mechanism;
• End‑to‑end transaction management through to completion; and
• Tax advisory and planning services to the shareholders and company.
