This year’s theme, "March Forward", serves as a powerful call to action, reminding us that progress in gender equity requires momentum, resilience, and collective effort. At PKF, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is embraced and all individuals have the opportunity to thrive.
Reflecting on the significance of this year’s theme, Lauren Deetlefs, Manager at PKF Newcastle, shares her thoughts:
"Marching forward means pushing for change and lifting everyone up. It is about creating workplaces where opportunities are equal, everyone's voice feels valued, and we actively work to shape the future."
