Key responsibilities
As a Business Advisory Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic accounting, taxation and business advisory services while leading and supporting a high-performing team.
You will:
- Manage and strengthen client relationships.
- Deliver proactive business advisory, taxation and accounting solutions.
- Review and oversee preparation of financial statements and tax compliance work.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with Partners and leadership teams.
- Contribute to business development and client growth opportunities.
- Help drive exceptional outcomes for clients and the wider team.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and creating value for clients while progressing their own career.
What you need to apply
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong experience within Business Services and Advisory in a Chartered Accounting environment.
- Sound technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
- Experience using Xero and MYOB.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Leadership capability and a genuine desire to develop others.
