Pritesh is an Audit & Assurance Partner with more than 15 years of experience delivering audit, assurance and finance transformation services across Australia and the UK. Over the past decade, he has advised ASX-listed companies, private businesses and not-for-profit organisations, drawing on experience gained across both Audit & Assurance and CFO Advisory.
Pritesh's brings a deep understanding of the governance, regulatory and commercial challenges organisations face at different stages of their growth journey. By tailoring his approach to each organisation's unique circumstances, Pritesh helps clients build confidence in their financial outcomes.
What sets Pritesh apart is his ability to combine audit expertise with a practical understanding of how finance functions operate at their best. Through his CFO Advisory work, he partners closely with finance leaders to enhance finance function effectiveness, from process optimisation and finance operating model design through to finance strategy, capability uplift and end-to-end finance transformation. Having worked with some of Australia's most mature and complex organisations, he brings lived experiences that extend beyond compliance to support finance teams in operating more effectively.

- Providing Finance Function Advisory services (non-assurance) to a rapidly growing ASX organisation - enhancing the finance operation function through process and structure optimisation.
- Advising clients on the re-design of their complex integrated business planning cycles to meet stakeholder requirements and improve accuracy of budgeting and planning.
