Professional experience
Kimberley Lisle is a Partner at PKF Walcha, where she works closely with small business clients across the agriculture and trade sectors.
Kimberley began her career in 2005, joining Barton van Aanholt (BVA) in Tamworth while completing her Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst. Over the years, she has witnessed the firm’s evolution from BVA to Lawler and now PKF, and played an integral role in the growth of the Walcha office since its acquisition in 2012.
A Chartered Accountant since 2008 and holder of a Certificate of Public Practice, Kimberley is passionate about helping her clients meet their compliance obligations and make informed financial decisions. Her approach is grounded in understanding each client’s unique circumstances and delivering tailored, practical advice that supports long-term success.
At PKF Walcha, Kimberley values the office’s strong team culture and long-standing client relationships - a combination that fosters trust, collaboration and genuine connection. Being part of the PKF network also gives her clients access to specialist expertise and resources when required, without losing the local, personal touch.
Outside of work, Kimberley lives on a sheep and cattle farm just outside Walcha with her family. She enjoys keeping active through sports such as indoor hockey, basketball, touch and soccer, and plays an active role in several community organisations including school, rugby and local sports committees.
Her rural background and deep understanding of regional business allow her to guide clients through key transitions from compliance to business, asset and family succession planning.
