Jim is an experienced professional with a robust background in high-performance sport and a deep expertise in ESG strategies.
Following on from a 15 year, 400 game career in professional cricket, Jim continues to advise and coach some of the best performing teams and players in the world. It is this commitment that he has brought to Parvate as the founding MD and trusted adviser to a wide-ranging group of clients.
With over 50 companies under his guidance, Jim has successfully designed and implemented strategies that integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values into corporate culture.
Jim holds an accreditation in ESG and Social Responsibility from AUSIMM and is a Certified Carbon Literate professional.
Since 2020, Jim has delivered hundreds of hours of ESG training, empowering organisations to meet sustainable standards. Notably, he played a key role in certifying Eden Asset Management as an ESG Light Green Fund under Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
