Professional experience
Chantel Dipple is the National Director of Quality Management at PKF Australia, bringing extensive experience across accounting, auditing, business advisory and quality management within national professional services networks. She joined PKF in October 2025 and works closely with firms across the network to support quality, compliance and governance outcomes.
Trained in South Africa, Chantel is a Chartered Accountant, a member of SAICA and a Fellow of CA ANZ. Her background includes senior leadership roles in professional practice, including partnership at a mid-sized chartered accounting firm, as well as an academic career lecturing in auditing and financial management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. More recently, Chantel has specialised in the development and operation of quality management frameworks for national chartered accounting networks in Australia.
Chantel is driven by problem solving and the development of efficient, practical processes that help firms operate effectively day to day. Her approach is collaborative and open. She is drawn to PKF’s fast‑paced, forward‑thinking culture and comes with a strong “get it done” mindset.
