Professional experience
Jason has over 22 years of investigations experience in corporate, mining, gambling and law enforcement environments. Before joining PKF, he was the Founding Director of Business Integrity Solutions a bespoke consultancy firm, the APAC Corporate Investigations Lead at Rio Tinto, and a former Police officer and Detective Investigator in the Western Australia Police Force.
With a proven record for risk identification and establishing trusted relationships, Jason has skills in all facets of business integrity, workplace misconduct investigations, investigative interview training, whistle-blower engagement and management, sexual harassment, respectful behaviours and psychosocial safety awareness training.
Recent examples of work include:
- Workplace misconduct investigation into allegations involving retaliation, bullying, deliberate sabotage and fraud
- Provided psychosocial safety and sexual harassment awareness training to over 1000 employees
- Undertaken dispute resolution activities with senior corporate entities
- Completed a cultural review for a global client
- Completed investigations and investigative interview training for senior HR and ER employees for a national project management firm.
