Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for someone to join our People & Talent team and support the development of our recruitment initiatives across the firm.
The opportunity
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles while partnering closely with leaders to identify and attract top talent. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our employer brand, building talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new starters.
You'll also take ownership of our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment programs, helping us attract and develop the next generation of talent.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to support with recruitment initiatives
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
Lead Graduate and Vacationer recruitment programs including university engagement activities
Coordinate onboarding activities to support a positive employee experience from day one
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
Support the People & Culture team with general initiatives

What you need to apply
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in talent acquisition / sourcing
Skilled at building strong stakeholder and candidate relationships
A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experience
Proactive, solutions focused and comfortable challenging the status quo when needed
Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience within a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
