We're looking for someone to join our People & Talent team and support the development of our recruitment initiatives across the firm. 

The opportunity

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles while partnering closely with leaders to identify and attract top talent. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our employer brand, building talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new starters.

 You'll also take ownership of our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment programs, helping us attract and develop the next generation of talent.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to support with recruitment initiatives

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints

  • Lead Graduate and Vacationer recruitment programs including university engagement activities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to support a positive employee experience from day one

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies

  • Support the People & Culture team with general initiatives

What you need to apply

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in talent acquisition / sourcing

  • Skilled at building strong stakeholder and candidate relationships

  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experience

  • Proactive, solutions focused and comfortable challenging the status quo when needed

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline

  • Experience within a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
