PKF is a global network of advisory and accountancy firms. PKF Australia Limited (ACN 160 366 209) (we / us / PKF Australia) is the central Australian body. It does not service clients directly but supports the independent Australian offices by operating this website at www.pkf.com.au (website) and a customer relationship management (CRM) platform used by the Australian offices.
If you submit your personal information to us via this website, for example, if you submit a query, request to be added to a newsletter mailing list, or subscribe for an event or program, then we will collect your personal information for that purpose. We may also share your details with our other offices so they can assist you directly.
We will generally record your details in our CRM platform. PKF Australia and our other offices will update these records from time-to-time with other details, such as services PKF has provided to you or events you have attended, but this won’t include your confidential records, such as financial records or tax file numbers.
We may send you information about PKF services, upcoming promotions and events, or other opportunities that may interest you. These notices may come directly from us or our marketing agency, or from one of our offices. If you do not want to receive these notices then just let us know. You can opt-out at any time by contacting us directly or using the “unsubscribe” link in the material you have received – of course, the office you have been dealing with may still contact you in relation to its ongoing relationship with you.
You are welcome to contact us without identifying yourself or to use a pseudonym. However, in some cases, we won’t be able to respond to your needs properly without identifying details.
We will not usually transfer your personal information overseas unless it is necessary to provide services to you and we have discussed this with you. However, from time to time, we will engage IT service providers to assist us to collect, store and manage your personal information and they may be located outside Australia.
We also use cookies to monitor the traffic to the various pages on our website, so we can improve our services. We may record your IP address and details of the pages you have visited. This information is anonymous and will not enable you to be identified.
