- Trade on and sale of a hospitality and cleaning solutions business during various COVID-19 restrictions/lockdowns
- Trade on and sale of an Australian agricultural business including liaising with overseas stakeholders and Chinese and Australian government entities
- Sale of a multimillion-dollar property development in Sydney’s North West
- Receivership and trade on of multimillion-dollar property holdings in Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner West
- ASIC funded investigations and examinations
- FEG funded investigations and recovery action.
Personal:
- Assisting debtors in formulating successful s73 or Part X proposals to their creditors
- Annulments under s153A and s153B
- Orderly wind down of numerous partnerships of 2 bankrupts resulting in a distribution of approximately 90 cents in the dollar for priority employee entitlements to over 250 employees
- Dealing with deceased bankrupt estates whether deceased prior or subsequent to bankruptcy
- All tasks associated with briefing solicitors and assisting in recovery proceedings under s79 in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Sale of jointly held properties and minority interests held by bankrupts.
