Don is an experienced Director with an impressive record of achievements in the digital technology, software and telecom industries. With more than 30 years' experience in the technology domain, Don has a strong track record of providing his clients with successful digital strategy, marketing and management outcomes.

Don excels in setting the strategic direction and focus of any organisation with the right balance of business objectives and technology resources. He is perceived as an invaluable leader in the digital space. He has the ability to lead digital transformation projects to reach top-line growth and optimise bottom-line results reflecting efficiency, innovation and profitability.

He began his career at British Telecom where he held numerous management roles, including leading the conferencing technology partner business in Asia Pacific. With experience of living and working in various Asian countries including China (Hong Kong), Japan and Malaysia, he served as head of sales for a start-up Net Return who originally brought NetSuite cloud ERP into the ANZ market in 2003. Across the board Don has helped start, build and manage an abundance of successful tech-centric ventures.

Don’s deep understanding of how to identify and capitalise on valuable digital transformation opportunities helps him recognise and recommend the right digital strategy for each individual client. He has a keen understanding of the significance of data analysis, gleaned from his years of experience working closely with both business owners and digital professionals.
