Chris is a Senior Manager within the Business Advisory division at PKF Melbourne. Chris joined the firm in 2011 after 6 years in full-service practice in the Melbourne CBD. Chris' varied background has allowed him to gain experience in several different disciplines and understand his clients’ needs from multiple perspectives.
With over 16 years experience in advisory and taxation, Chris understands that clients’ needs are diverse. Chris specialises in guiding his SME clients throughout their business life cycle from structuring, operating, and all the way to succession planning.
Chris has extensive experience with clients across a broad range of industries including hospitality, constructing, health care and manufacturing.
Recent examples of work include:
- Assistance and negotiation of partial business sale allowing current owner to realise expansion plans and introduce additional capital into the business
- Assistance with the acquisition of small business and advice on tax concessions for first time business owners
- Detailed product costing for large food manufacturing business and modelling of future profitability based on current product mix
