John’s industry experience has been developed through extensive experience with corporates, SME’s and high net worth clients.
Recent examples of work include:
- Provision of due diligence services supporting the ultimate sale of majority ownership to Private Equity Group for a large construction client
- Providing advice and direction in relation to the sale of a separate business division in a training organisation, with application of the CGT small business concessions to minimise taxation consequences
- Delivering financial modelling including budgeting and cash flow forecasting with detailed analysis and review for businesses looking to obtain finance, for expansion.
