Her expertise encompasses providing tailored income tax advisory solutions that cater to small to medium businesses and owners in resolving tax strategy and structure questions, efficiently and effectively.
Natalie’s specialist tax focus areas allow her to assist at a multinational and cross border level. She works hand in hand with her clients and their global tax needs. Notably, she has provided expert advice on corporate restructure tax matters for ASX listed companies, public unlisted entities, and large private groups.
Natalie regularly provides tax support for Merger & Acquisitions engagements and has conducted numerous taxation due diligence, facilitated pre and post-acquisition structuring and provided hands-on advisory for specific assignments.
Natalie brings a keen understanding of tax dispute resolution to her practice. She is well-versed in handling ATO controversy matters, meticulously overseeing reviews, audits, and playing a vital role in the tax support for commercial and matrimonial litigation, as well as mediation proceedings.
