Professional experience
Jonathan Hannah is a Senior Manager in PKF’s Corporate Finance team, where he leads financial due diligence engagements for clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions. He also serves as Chair of PKF’s national Impact Committee, helping shape the firm’s approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
With international experience spanning the UK, Cayman Islands, and Australia, Jonathan brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to complex business challenges. His career has included roles across audit and corporate finance with large international firms.
Jonathan has worked across a broad range of industries, including engineering, mining, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and not-for-profits. He’s known for his collaborative style, clear communication, and strong client relationships supporting people through business critical decisions with clarity and confidence.
Passionate about values-led leadership, Jonathan also serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Women in Aid and Development. Outside of work, he’s a marathon runner, an advocate for inclusive workplaces, and a mentor to the next generation of professionals.
