Greg has over seven years’ experience in audit, restructuring and mergers & acquisitions. He previously worked in the corporate finance division at PPB Advisory focusing on mergers & acquisitions, divestments and capital raising. Prior to that Greg worked in PPB’s restructuring team gaining extensive experience in strategic and operational reviews of distressed businesses as well as the provision of restructuring advice.

Greg is highly experienced in delivering a range of corporate advisory services to clients. He has significant experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, divestments and capital raising across a range of industries including healthcare, resources, retail and distribution, financial services and agriculture.

Recent examples of work include:
  • Undertook the divestment of a leading meal replacement brand, including successfully developing the strategy and conducting negotiations to reach a suitable result. The transaction was completed within four months of commencement and achieved a premium multiple
  • Advised court-appointed Receivers on negotiations and disputes underpinning the divestment of WA gold assets. Successfully negotiated a complex tripartite settlement agreement resulting in the successful release and divestment of the assets
  • Undertook negotiations and provided strategic advice to a global PE fund for a buy-side acquisition leading to the successful development of a proposal to acquire 49% of a leading health recruitment business
  • Provided financial modelling and strategic advice for an international mining services company, resulting in the successful restructure and subsequent scheme of arrangement reducing total debt significantly.
