Fiona is a partner with over 16 years experience in corporate advisory, working mostly in senior roles in a big four accounting firm. Fiona focuses on valuations of businesses, intangible assets and executive options. Fiona started her career in audit, working in Australia, Europe and South Africa.
Fiona has undertaken numerous corporate finance assignments involving acquisitions, divestments, valuations and financial due diligence for a broad range of clients in the manufacturing, property, biotech and retirement industries..
Fiona has prepared valuations of equity, executive options, businesses, brands and other intellectual property, utilising a range of methodologies including capitalisation of earnings and discounted cash flow. She has prepared numerous valuations for a range of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, accounting, taxation, stamp duty, Corporations Law and ASX requirements.
