Team members may be entitled to up to 12 weeks paid parental leave if they are the primary care giver and have been with the firm for a minimum of 12 months.

All East Coast Practice team members who have passed their probationary period are entitled to one day of paid leave for volunteer work with PKF-supported charities.

Team members may be paid a cash bonus when they refer a friend or contact who is subsequently appointed to a permanent position with PKF.

Team members may be eligible for a cash bonus when they introduce a new client to the firm.
