Recruitment and Selection Process
The selection process focuses on personal candidate interaction and interviews are conducted by PKF partners, senior managers, human resources staff and current graduates, so you have the opportunity to talk face-to-face with team members who will potentially be your colleagues.
The recruitment process may differ slightly in each location, but can include application short listing, a first interview, a numerical and written exercise, a second interview and finally an offer.
If your application is shortlisted, you will be notified of the recruitment process and have the opportunity to ask questions. Our recruitment team will endeavour to make your interview experience both comfortable and informative.
National Graduate and Cadet Induction and Buddy Program
Our national induction commences in your first week with the firm and is delivered by business leaders and professional training providers. The focus is to ensure you complete the program with confidence and the foundation skills and knowledge to commence working in your teams and roles.
Graduates and cadets have the opportunity to meet peers from across Australia, forming an invaluable business network.
All graduates and cadets are teamed with a buddy who provides real support, timely feedback and first-hand insight.
