Marcus has over 12 years experience advising listed corporate groups, private family enterprises, governments departments and not for profit organisations on a range of domestic and international taxation issues.

He has gained in depth experience in advising clients on leverage and non leverage finance leases, capital gains tax, restructures, acquisitions and/or divestments, employee share plans, tax effect accounting, fringe benefits tax and general tax planning. Over the years Marcus has advised clients that operate in the banking & finance, property & construction, media, manufacturing, retail and information technology industries.

In addition, Marcus advises PKF’s Private Practice Network members, drafted client specific tax checklists, RAP tax return files and successfully managed debt negotiations with the Tax Office. Marcus is a sought after speaker and regular presenter of technical papers for the Taxation Institute of Australia, Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia. He has been widely quoted in leading business magazines on tax law developments.
