If you are planning to study accounting at university but also want to get ahead by geting a job in the accounting profession, at PKF you can do both. PKF cadets can work full-time as trainee accountants and study part-time whilst getting paid.
There is no better learning ground than putting in to practice what you learn at university and combining it with real accounting work and client business exposure. The added bonus is that when you finish university you will have a minimum of three years accounting experience.

Business Unit Opportunities
Cadet positions are available* across Australia in the following business units:

As yet, you probably have very little or no hands-on experience of accounting work and are unlikely to know which business unit you would like to work in. You do not have to make a choice as to which business unit you would like to work for at this stage. If you are invited to an interview we can discuss your interests and skills to see which business unit you may be best suited to and have a preference to work in.
* Some PKF offices do not have opportunities available across all business units.

Recruitment and Selection Process
The selection process strongly focuses on personal candidate interaction; we acknowledge that the selection process is just as important for you as it is for us. Interviews are conducted by PKF Partners, senior managers, Human Resources staff and current graduates, so you will have the opportunity to talk face-to-face with staff that will potentially be your colleagues.
