Vince was the founding partner of PKF’s corporate advisory services and continues to play a major role in the strategic growth of the division. After 10 years in auditing and accounting services, Vince established the corporate advisory practice in 1995 and has since moved across to specialise in that area.
Vince has acted for a many medium to large enterprises in a variety of transactions. He has managed over 30 initial public offerings, as well as independent valuation and experts reports. He has advised a number of private and public companies on the sale, purchase and financing of businesses, undertaken due diligence assignments for the acquisition of businesses, advised on shareholders agreements and shareholder disputes, and completed valuation reports, including intellectual property, brandnames, options and start-up companies.
Vince was a primary team member for the National Foods listing. He also wrote the independent experts report for the listing of Chandler Macleod, restructure and capital raising of Babcock & Brown Environmental Infrastructure, restructure by Abacus Property Group in relation to the merger with one of its major unlisted property funds, as well as the independent experts report for the takeover of Southern Star by Southern Cross.
Vince advised the vendors of the Booths Hire business on their successful sale to Coates Hire, he advised Capral Aluminium in relation to its acquisition of Crane Group Metals businesses and he advised Green’s Foods on its successful takeover of Lowan Foods. Vince also advised Brazin on the value of intellectual property acquired in relation to its acquisition of Dusk.
