Scott is Managing Director of PKF Organisation Development, a member firm of PKF International.  He is responsible for the firm’s national consulting activities in this area and has over sixteen years consulting experience throughout Australia and Asia.

Scott previously held senior positions within the automotive and mining industries as well as the Australian Public Service.  Until recently, Scott was a part-time lecturer at the University of South Australia in the areas of organisation behaviour and organisational change and visiting lecturer for the Southern California University.
Scott is an experienced consultant and is currently involved in organisation enhancement activities in a number of public and private sector organisations.

Scott has extensive experience throughout Australia and has also consulted to organisations in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.
