Michelle provides a wide range of tax advisory and accounting services to her clients, with a particular emphasis on the Aged Care industry and the reporting requirements of the Department of Health and Ageing.
Michelle has worked at PKF in Enterprise Advisers for 10 years. As a Principal in the enterprise advisers division, Michelle has been exposed to a broad range of clients in the Australian market.
Whilst at PKF, Michelle has managed the management and financial accounting functions of large Aged Care providers. In addition, she provides support to her clients with the day to day management of their business including budgeting, tax planning, business structuring and support with computerised accounting systems.
Michelle has worked on numerous Enterprise Adviser Assignments, many of which have involved complex tax and accounting compliance issues. She has worked on the tax compliance work for two major high wealth clients who were part of the ATO’s 100 targeted high wealth reviews, involving complex taxation issues. She has also been involved in recent time in the statutory reporting regime for aged care operators, which now requires full IFRS general purpose financial reports to be prepared.
With an accounting background and focus on client relations, Michelle is able to apply a practical approach to assisting her clients with the-day to-day operations of their business.
