Mark has a unique blend of practical commercial and operational experience within business as a finance director and the director responsible for managing one of the group companies, coupled with significant advisory work in the Profession.

Prior to joining PKF, Mark was group finance director with the Arrowcrest Group of Companies for over 7 years.  This role involved significant experience in identifying and undertaking a wide range of corporate finance activities such as identifying acquisition targets and managing the due diligence, acquisition and post-integration processes.

Prior to this Mark was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the management consulting division, where he worked for 6 years. In this role, Mark undertook a wide range of strategic high-level engagements such as being General Manager of the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation, conducting a strategic review of BRL Hardy’s funding requirements leading to a capital raising and systems implementation for United Water.

Mark has previously been a director of John Shearer Holdings Ltd (a public listed company) and a number of other private sector companies. He was also a board member and chair of the audit committee for the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust from 1999-2004.
