Kyffin is the Director responsible for Management Consulting Services in the Adelaide office. Kyffin has been responsible for a variety of strategic exercises in a range of industries. Kyffin has been with PKF since 2001 and has established a Management Consulting division that is considered one of South Australia’s leading business advisers.

Prior to joining PKF, Kyffin was a Director with Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting division for more than 7 years. Earlier in Kyffin’s career he was with ETSA for 14 years having progressed through various roles. Kyffin’s experience has been wide and varied in the provision of management consulting services, including:

• Organisational and process reviews for various organisations including strategy development, risk review, reengineering process and restructures.
• Project Manager of significant costing exercises to identify and reduce costs, improve profits and understand cost driver impacts.
• Involvement with some of the states largest tender processes including SA Water/United Water, EDS and the whole of Government ICT arrangements
• Probity adviser for various departments and projects
