Helen's 17 years in corporate restructuring has been spent assisting businesses undergoing significant change or distress.  She has advised businesses in mining, health, finance, building and construction, property, retail, hospitality and tourism, and manufacturing.

Helen advises clients on how to improve their business, and its financial management, often during critical times.  Her expertise lies in analysing clients' financial positions and designing and implementing programs to improve their situations.

Helen's considerable technical and commercial expertise is applied in her role as National Director of the Business and Reconstruction and Insolvency Solutions division. Helen develops best practice and conducts expert training for our people and clients. Helen manages a national quality and risk management program involving the implementation of business improvement initiatives. This ensures clients are provided with an efficient service that incorporates recent developments in practice and the law.
