With over 20 years experience, Grant has immense knowledge and expertise in audit and due diligence. His expertise in accounting for complex transactions and management reporting is highly regarded, and he has a special interest in making financial reporting more relevant to the business community. Grant works extensively on the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, mergers and acquisitions, and company floats. He also brings clients his experience in strategic and business planning, business improvement, risk management and corporate governance. 

Grant consults to government bodies and a range of private and public organisations and not-for-profit entities. He has a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage, online gaming, construction, property, technology and service industries. In recent years Grant has worked with investment banks and private equity funds undertaking outsourced due diligence activities on a number of mid-market acquisitions.

Grant frequently presents at seminars. He recently spoke overseas on the role of auditing as a tool for the regulation of online gambling activities. Grant shares his knowledge and skills by acting as a business mentor for a number of large family companies. He is Former Vice-President and Committee Member of the Alumni Association of the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
