Bruce provides audit and advisory services to the corporate sector. He also heads PKF’s Resource Group. Prior to joining PKF, Bruce was Chairman of another firm’s Asia-Pacific Audit and Accounting Committee which was a part of that firm’s International Audit Policy Committee. Through these roles Bruce offers advice on the complete range of corporate services together with advice on international corporate transactions, and compliance with overseas accounting, auditing and capital markets requirements.

Bruce provides audit services to publicly listed companies, growing private company groups and subsidiaries of large multi-nationals and overseas companies. He has worked with clients from the forestry, manufacturing, resources and retail industries. His substantial experience includes: public floatations, including Independent Accounting reports, due diligence, expert reports and valuations; financial advice on mergers and acquisitions; and restructuring.
