Bill’s experience with PKF, and previously with Rowlands Corporate Advisors, spans more than 30 years. He specialises in strategic and business planning and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and company floats.

During his career, Bill has developed in-depth knowledge of a number of industries including finance, legal, property and construction and large scale farming. He also has 15 years experience in management accounting in the health industry, handling all management accounting, taxation, company secretarial, practice evaluations and valuations. He is currently working in the education industry.

Bill advises clients on all facets of financial management, finance presentations, budgets, business planning and management, and mergers and acquisitions. He assists businesses with all areas of taxation including partnership, company, trust, superannuation, sole trader and personal returns, planning and advice. Bill also conducts audit of SMEs and superannuation funds.

Bill is a founder of business process outsourcing within the accounting profession. He and his team deliver CFO and back office accounting services to a wide range of businesses, being both private and public companies with turnover up to $100 million. As a result of his work and experience, Bill has been appointed to a number of Company Board's in all sectors including Government.
