Arthur is a Partner in PKF’s Audit and Assurance Division. Arthur conducts due diligence assignments for the acquisition of businesses and companies, and he has acted as Investigating Accountant on a number of Initial Public Offerings. He also advises clients on statutory reporting requirements (including public sector) and related aspects of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. Arthur works with clients from both the private and public sectors. During his career he has gained knowledge in numerous industries including engineering, construction, health and welfare, stockbroking, telecommunications, Information Technology and professional services.
